Job Description
Operations with respect to visa applications for foreign residents assigned to Japan and their families.
Specific Duties
- Implementation of business procedures and preparation of documents required for visa applications in cooperation with immigration lawyers (New application/renewal, change of residence status, foreign visa, etc.)
- E-mail and telephone communication in English with customers and business partners
- Participation in domestic and overseas teleconferences in English
- Responding to inquiries
- Related miscellaneous services
Required Skills and Experience
- Japanese and English: Business level
- (As a general rule: TOEIC score of 800 or JLPT N2. However, we will make the final decision during the interview, so please apply regardless.)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- High level of communication skills
- Excellence at checking detailed documents
- Ability and desire to actively gain immigration-related knowledge
Welcomed Skills and Experience
- More than two years of work experience in Japan
- Experience living overseas

Compensation and Conditions
This post is for a one-year contract employee.
- Employees may be appointed to permanent positions based on ability (The majority have been appointed to permanent positions in the past).
- Base salary: ¥230,000 or more (determined by experience and ability)
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
- (Occasionally Saturdays with holidays in lieu provided)
- Regional allowance: ¥20,000 (paid if working at the Tokyo Office)
- Offsite service allowance: The amount is determined based on the status of the company each fiscal year.
