Job Description
Rental and sales of furniture to foreign residents and their families assigned to Japan.
Specific Duties
- Rental and sale of furniture and home appliances
- Furniture purchase, delivery, and transportation support
- Preparation of furniture rental estimates, bills, and other necessary documents
- Interaction with clients and vendors via telephone, e-mail, etc.
- Rental furniture, customer management
- Rental furniture brochure creation
- Related miscellaneous services
Required Skills and Experience
- Japanese, English: Advanced
- (As a general rule: TOEIC score of 700 or JLPT N2. However, we will make the final decision during the interview, so please apply regardless.)
- Standard driver’s license (AT)
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills (VLOOKUP)
- Clerical staff experience
Welcomed Skills and Experience
- More than two years of work experience in Japan
- Experience living overseas

Compensation and Conditions
This post is for a one-year contract employee.
- Employees may be appointed to permanent positions based on ability (The majority have been appointed to permanent positions in the past).
- Base salary: ¥230,000 or more (determined by experience and ability)
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
- (Occasionally Saturdays with holidays in lieu provided)
- Regional allowance: ¥20,000 (paid if working at the Tokyo Office)
- Offsite service allowance: The amount is determined based on the status of the company each fiscal year.
- Qualification allowance: ¥20,000 yen (in the case of a valid and registered Japanese real estate license)
